 -custom records for 5 main menu options including business hours and location,
 -1 custom recording of a message for queue,
 -custom name records for 5 users.
 You also have the option to add a soundtrack as background music while the recording is playing.
 If you are a VOip Telephony 1st Choice customer; we install them free of charge on your IVR system.
 Otherwise we will send you all the files (.mp3) so that you can do it yourself.
 We also offer installation service at a one-time cost of $50.00.
